1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Custom-made or special-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team at customer@washbasincabinet.com with your order number, the reason for return, and photos (if applicable). We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
